Korb Health Group's patient experience was fragmented: scheduling happened through one channel, payment collection through another, and clinical records in Tebra had no connection to either. Patients couldn't book and pay online in a single flow, and the existing website couldn't support the integrations needed without a custom web application layer.

Tebra EHR isolated from patient-facing workflows

Tebra held all clinical and appointment data but had no connection to payment processing or the patient-facing website. Any data sync between systems required manual intervention, creating administrative burden and a disjointed patient experience.
