The challenge

Tritium Partners managed a network of executive contacts across multiple practice areas and tiers, but the firm had no structured system for tracking placement progress, scheduling outreach, or giving relationship managers visibility into who needed a touchpoint. Contact data was tracked inconsistently, and there was no way to quickly see which Tier 1 or Tier 2 executives were overdue for contact.

The approach

Cloud Nerd configured Salesforce with a custom executive placement flow: contact fields for priority, tier, target role, relationship manager, and next contact scheduling. An automated workflow was built to flag overdue contacts — executives past their scheduled next-contact date — surfacing them in reports with visual indicators. Leadership dashboards showed the full placement pipeline by tier, target role, and relationship manager.

No contact tiering or placement tracking

The firm tracked executive contacts in a generic CRM with no concept of tiering, priority, or placement stage. Relationship managers had to manually review their full book to identify who needed follow-up, with no system support.
