How the POD model works

Every business result has a value. You approve every value. We deliver against the floor.

Here's exactly how the model works — the same explanation we give in the room.

01

Name the results

You tell us what the business needs — a migration finished, quoting that takes minutes instead of days, two systems finally talking to each other. Each result gets defined in plain terms: what it is, what "working" looks like, and what it's worth in points. We propose the value with our reasoning. You challenge it if you want. Nothing locks until both sides agree — and once locked, it never changes.

02

The floor

Your contract guarantees a minimum amount of finished results over your term. Hit it early? We keep delivering at no extra cost — the floor is a floor, not a ceiling. Miss it, and the refund math in your contract kicks in automatically.

03

You set the priorities

Always. Something urgent breaks? Tell us, we value it together, it jumps to the front, and we drop what we're doing. A project pauses on your side? We shift to your next priority the same week. Your term never sits idle because one initiative did.

04

Done means done

You define what "working" means before we start, and you hold final sign-off after we finish. Nothing counts toward the floor until it's live, tested, and accepted by you against the definition you approved.

05

Transparency

Every week you get a report of exactly which results were finished and what's up next — written so you can forward it straight to your board. If we ever inflated a value, you'd see it in the report. And since renewal is our whole business model, the honest number is the only one that works for us.
