Salesforce Revenue Cloud

Your quoting process is a spreadsheet wearing a Salesforce costume.

Revenue Cloud (CPQ and Billing) is supposed to turn complex pricing into a clean quote, a clean order, and clean recognition. Most orgs get a half-configured product catalog, discounting that lives in email, and a billing handoff nobody trusts. We implement and rebuild Revenue Cloud around how you actually sell: configured products, subscription amendments, and approvals that move deals instead of stalling them.

Fixed fee. A contractual floor of finished work every month, with a refund behind it. First production release in week one.

Sound familiar?

The quote takes days. The deal takes weeks.

Pricing lives outside Salesforce.

Reps build quotes in spreadsheets, then backfill CPQ so the system looks used.

Approvals are a black hole.

Discount thresholds fire the wrong people, or fire nobody, and deals sit in limbo.

Amendments break everything.

Mid-term upgrades, co-terms, and renewals require a specialist and a prayer.

Billing doesn't match the quote.

Finance re-enters everything into ERP, and revenue recognition is a monthly scramble.

The catalog is a graveyard.

Products, bundles, and price books accumulated for years with no owner and no rules.

The build

From messy catalog to quote-to-cash that finance can trust.

Product catalog & bundles

Product hierarchy, options, features, and bundles modeled for how you sell, not how the last implementer imported a spreadsheet. Guided selling paths that steer reps to the right configuration.

Pricing & discount rules

Price books, volume tiers, partner pricing, and discount matrices with guardrails. The rules that make a quote accurate without turning every deal into a custom engineering project.

Quote generation & document output

Quote lines, multi-currency, multi-year deals, and proposal documents that look like your brand, not a Salesforce default PDF.

Approval workflows

Approval matrices keyed to margin, discount, and deal size, with escalation paths that actually notify the right people. SLA visibility so stalled quotes don't die quietly.

Subscriptions & amendments

Subscription lifecycle, mid-term amendments, co-terming, and renewal quoting configured so changes don't require a rebuild every time a customer upgrades.

Billing & invoicing

Billing schedules, usage-based models where needed, invoice generation, and the handoff to ERP so Accounts Receivable isn't re-keying the quote.

Revenue recognition alignment

Deal structures and billing events that give finance a clean path to recognition, with documentation ready for audit. We don't replace your rev rec system; we stop feeding it garbage.

Sales Cloud integration

Opportunity-to-quote flow, products on opportunities, and forecasting that reflects real quote status. Sales Cloud →

Migration & cutover

Legacy CPQ or spreadsheet catalog migration, parallel-run quoting, and a cutover plan that doesn't freeze your pipeline mid-quarter.

Training & adoption

Rep-facing guided selling, admin runbooks, and the weekly written report so revenue leadership sees what shipped, not just what was scoped.

Month one

While the SI schedules another workshop, your first clean quote ships.

  1. Week 1

    Embedded & mapping.

DAISA maps your catalog, pricing debt, and approval paths. Backlog prioritized with sales ops and finance. First friction fixes in production.

  2. Week 2

    Catalog and rules take shape.

Core products and pricing rules configured for your highest-volume deals. Reps quote a real scenario without leaving Salesforce.

  3. Week 3

    Approvals and amendments.

Approval matrices live. Amendment paths tested on the deals that usually break. Documentation generated as we go.

  4. Week 4

    Executive review.

A written report of everything shipped, everything found, and a 90-day quote-to-cash roadmap. Forward it to your CRO and CFO.

The guarantee

The only Revenue Cloud engagement with a refund behind it.

You tell us the results you need: quote turnaround time, approval cycle days, amendment success rate, billing handoff accuracy. We value each one together and write a monthly floor of finished results into the contract.

A floor, not an estimate.

In the contract before we start.

Cash if we miss.

Same percentage of fees back that we missed by. Cash, not credits.

No change orders. Ever.

New priority moves to the front. Nothing becomes an invoice.

FAQ

Straight answers.
Before the briefing.

We already have Salesforce CPQ. Rebuild or fix?

Almost always fix. We separate the rules that are wrong from the ones that are just ugly, and sequence by revenue impact. Full rebuilds are rare and we'll say so if you're the exception.

Revenue Cloud vs classic CPQ. Which should we be on?

Depends on your catalog complexity, subscription model, and Salesforce's current product path for your edition. We'll recommend based on your deals, not the latest datasheet.

Can you connect this to NetSuite / SAP / our ERP?

Yes. Quote-to-order and billing handoffs to ERP are standard scope on managed engagements, with the same delivery floor on integration milestones.

How long until reps can quote without a specialist?

Guided selling for your top deal types usually lands inside the first month. Long-tail configurations follow as we burn the backlog.

What does it cost?

Launch Implementations are fixed-price scoped projects. Managed PODs run from $5k/month fractional coverage to enterprise scale. See the calculator →

Your next big deal shouldn't wait on a pricing spreadsheet.

Bring us a recent quote that took too long and the approval trail that came with it. We'll show you what a Revenue Cloud POD ships in month one and put a delivery floor on paper.
